So many fakes
So many fakes, scammers and catfish on this site! Not to mention this site want you to pay for a membership so in their wisdom they heavily restrict what you can use for free. Not sure how that inspires me to want to buy a membership!

Customer Service do not respond
I cannot cancel my membership, and being billed. Others are too. Customer service and contacts do not answer. They billed my even though I requested cancellation. I cannot cancel, there is no option. Customer Service do not respond.

Keep away
I went on this site for free. I did not sign up to any agreement. On looking on line there fee is $9.99 or thereabouts a month. For the last two months since I viewed their site they have deducted $99.00. I lodged a complaint with PayPal and they said I had a payment agreement wit B2. As far as I know I never agreed to any deductions let alone $99.00 a month. All I did was take up the free offer and have a look. Keep away from this site it is not safe if they can trick you like that. Also there should be stronger consumer protection against such people.

Worst Website
This site contains many blurred photos, the same photo with different names and is an easy door to scammers. They make it virtually impossible to cancel yet have easy access to your bank. Its a one way road in their favour. I have received threatening emails when they couldn’t get the last lot of money,threatening the use of debt collection.

All ignored
I found that the same profiles on other cheaper sites were also on this site. However, my primary concern and gripe is that I’m finding it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel my subscription. They have automatically renewed my subscription even after I’d made it very clear that I wanted to cancel through 3 emails. All ignored. Now I’m going to try and get my money back and stop them billing me again.

Bad customer service
I have been trying to cancel my membership one week after I had got it. I wrote to them never heard from them and have been paying for 8 mths, also they say the membership is 20 dollars but charge you 50 a mth. I have never known such bad customer service and there are hardly any people to choose from. Join tinder instead they don’t charge you as much and there are plenty of people to choose from.

They are ripping us of our money
These guys signed me up for a year subscription and took $370 out of my account. I was unaware what I was signed up for. I have been emailing for days and they just keep sending me the terms and conditions. I’m so angry and frustrated. As a single Mum of 3 young kids I need all my money!! I can see from other reviews on here that they are doing it to quite a few people. Is there something we can do? Fair trading or something? However it is an American site. Surly something has to be done? They are ripping us of our money!

My son who is disabled used this site with my permission cancelled Back February but kept getting mail asking for payment told them account was canceled now being threatened with collection agents told them they My get In but won’t get out IRA member

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. Does nothing but suck you in and take your money. Do not recommend. If you’re in Australia beware the terms and conditions apply to the US only. Now I’m stuck paying for a 12 month subscription that I am not using. Because the 3 day cancellation only applies to the US

Not happy
Not happy. Tried to set up account but seems very buggy and wouldn’t allow me to upload a photo and just kept going back to enter the code they send you via text even though it’s already been added. Deleting it now as a waste of time.

Scammers
Scammers. I bought a 24 hours boost and I am still being charged even after deleting the account and the app. They show different ways of canceling the subscription(which should be cancel by default if it is a 24 hours boost) but none of those ways work. E-mailing them solves nothing. Stay away from this so called “free dating app”!!!

All fake
Been on and off this site for the last year or so pre COVID. Terrible. Signed up, was all good. Went 6 months 7 matches. All fake. Went to the twilight zone and vanished. Geographical location where I am wasn’t bad match wise not an impressive amount of profiles to be honest but just the amount of fake profiles is staggering. I did pay on one occasion for a week. Luckily I turned the auto renewal off and didn’t get charged. One bit that is flawed is you cannot tell who is active and genuine and who is fake. I think a purge is in order.

This app is an absolute scam. I’m not a bad looking guy and I have had success on other apps like tinder… over the past month I have had about 12 matches and 6 conversations started. All 6 of which were initiated with a gif or a simple “hi”. Most of those initiations didn’t respond to my first message and a day or two later showed as “deleted user” in my inbox. There are no real women on this app. Or if there is… they are not active. I spent $20 on spotlights and got an extra 3 likes which did not turn into matches. Just stay away and don’t waste your money.

If I could give this app zeros stars I would. I paid $24.99 for a one month boost 4 days ago. Woke up this morning and my subscription has ended already. Now I have to see about getting my damn money back. I find this to be horrible especially since the dating scene has been difficult because of covid and money is tighter also because of covid.

Very disapointed
Very disapointed by quality of customer service, as someone wrote below looked like child resposable for that. just sending authomatic response and hiding behind the words. The quality of folk is decreased a lot, seemed lot of fake profiles, scammers and catfishers.

It’s just money down
Avoid! I have been blocked for no reason, I have not messaged anybody for months, all of a sudden blocked for breaking guidelines even though I’ve not messaged anybody Emailed 5 times no response, no number to call, these app companies seem to be able to take your money and block you. I can’t discuss with anybody I can’t do anything it’s just money down the drain.

Be very careful
I would give this zero stars if I could. First of all why are you not allowed to hide your location? As a woman especially this makes you extremely vulnerable to creepy men who think it’s a good idea to hunt you down. ( Yes we’re living in the real world after all, not fairytale world ) second of all why can I not log into my account anywhere?! There is no log in anywhere to be found on any website. All I want to do is to delete my account since I’m being inundated by creepy men I never ever want to sleep with and who are disgusting predators and a danger to all poor ladies out there. I’m very upset to still have my profile on there, and I can’t find a way to delete it or log on into this account anymore. Ladies! THIS APP IS A SCAM. I’ve used this site on and off for several years with no issue, but have never met anyone genuine — only men interested in hookups. As soon as I decided to bite the bullet and pay for a premium subscription, I was randomly and arbitrarily banned. I went over their guidelines repeatedly and had not broken any of them. I was kind and respectful. I represented myself authentically. I sent original messages. All of this in spite of the fact I often received suggestive and explicit messages from men and they did nothing about it. When I tried to ask WHY I was banned, they refused to say why — just took my money and refused to provide a refund. There is absolutely no way to speak to a human or customer service representative directly. They have absolutely no care for their customers and are clearly misogynistic despite proclaiming themselves to be a feminist app. RUN

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. I had the app for a couple of weeks and I decided it wasn’t my scene and I felt anxious so deleted my account off the app, said it was deleted so I just carried on as usual and a week had gone by, by this point and I felt a lot more happier. Then my guy friend messaged me and said he had just saw me on the app as he obviously was also on it. I was shocked as I had deleted my account. Went on my laptop this time and logged in and it let me in and my account was still active! It wasn’t deleted at all! What a terrible service and absolute liars. I won’t be returning or creating a new account anytime in the near future. Stay away from this app!

Negative experience
Too much advertising on YouTube it interrupts every single video, so that just irritates further after my negative experience. I downloaded it last year and it kept showing me matches in other countries when I put the settings within 20km.

Horrible experience
Awful app. Horrible experience. After using the app for two days (and not sending any messages or even matching with anyone) I received a message to say I was permanently blocked due to my ‘behaviour’. I cannot possibly imagine how I could have violated guidelines without actually communicating with anyone. I’m a respectable 45 year-old woman, so perhaps this site thinks I’m expendable. However, I found the whole experience rude and upsetting. It’s shocking that they claim to be founded on principles of ‘respect’ when they can treat people so badly.

I just got banned because of unknown “innapropiate and abusive behaviour” I have never abussed or harassed anyone, so this feels more like people are falsely reporting me. I was blocked
Never been blocked on a dating app until I tried this site, less than a week after I subscribed and I was blocked (for being fake). This app is not moderated well. I emailed customer services but the reply looked fully automatic! I’ve deleted and subscribed with hinge & happn, where they don’t block their customers. It is okay if you don’t subscribe but if you do pay a subscription you’re going to be blocked in a few days time, for made-up reasons.

No phone no to call and after sending 8 messages, no response. Scam and fake profiles. Tech difficulties are set up. They take your money and refuse to assist. They lure u to believe u have matches and able to send messages, join and suddenly unable to send messages! RIP off. Complain * you’re cut off. They take your $ and run. This is a scam, I was given a hit about ten minutes after I posted my picture, we had a conversation and exchanged views, it looked as though we were getting on and were arranging to meet up…however the following day all our correspondence was deleted and I was informed that I had used up my time and it was obvious thar if I wished to continue it was going to cost…this is a scam, I think the person I was corresponding with didn’t exist and it was a come on to get me to subscribe. I’m glad i didn’t sink any cash into it.

I tried this site out for a month. I had a few matches for the entire month even though I swiped right probably over a hundred times. I got an email from one of the matches and responded and then never heard from her again. I met another match in person and she happened to be a con artist who tried to steal from me. It is a complete waste of time. It may be fine for women but if you are a man try something else.

1 star is too much for this ite, you should be allowed to rate it the 0 stars it deserves. Read their privacy policy before you even think about signing up, what they can get away with is disgraceful, they should have to highlight their privacy policy in clear easy to see writing before tricking people to sign up. This is an awful app and an awful company, do not make the mistake that I did and read their privacy policy and then go to another dating app that doesn’t exploit their users information for revenue. Also avoid Badoo as they also own Badoo which is just as bad if not worse.

They didn't get back
I joined this site and initially had no issues. If you like a girl and they like you it’s a Match and the girl has to make the first move. Sounds sensible! The problem is you run out of people rather quickly so of course you delete your payment details so they won’t renew….. until they renew and take another payment. I’ve repeatedly written to their “customer service” only to be told by an automated message that their bees are very busy and will get back to me. They didn’t get back to me, closed my query and still haven’t replied to the subsequent query. I’m waiting a month now for a reply.

This is like all the other “better” dating sites is really only interested in making money – they do little to stop the awful abuse of women on line. So disappointed
So disappointed and think this is a fix. I joined this site about 1 month ago – did not subscribe, got lots of emails telling me how lucky I was and what a huge amount of interest I had! Guys were viewing my profile, every day for 3 weeks it told me I had at least 8 visitors. So I spent just over £32 for a months subscription. Four days, not one view on my profile!! Very disappointed! I wish I’d read the reviews here and saved myself some dosh. Thanks for nothing!!!

Hidden day subscriptions 🙁 I think it’s terrible service that they advertise a 1 day boost as £2.99, when infact it renews and charges every day after until cancelled, didn’t find out till I got my bank statement, not fair on the user and puts me off using this site going forward. 🙁Clearly trying to fool people into an ongoing subscription.
